USB 3.0 Header

Asus Sabertooth Z77 has the USB 3.0 header for the case front usb ports located on the side edge of the mb. My case will not allow me to plug straight into the connector. I need a 90 degree adapter for the 20 pin header that has a male on one end and a female on the other. I have searched many hours without any success. Any ideas?
