Looking for new already built computer

I'm looking for a new computer. My notebook monitor has been crapping out for the past year. Now it's unviewable...

I used to buy pc's from cyberpowerinc but feel it's useless for me as I don't game at all. I just need a computer that is fast and efficient for internet, youtube and something that is quiet. When I load youtube videos or other web apps, my computers kick up the other fans that get loud. I need something that will be silent regardless. Is there anything that fits this description from box stores that have already built units?

I just dont know what to look for and who makes quality or not.

Take a look below. It's prolly the most silent aside from a liquid cooled machine and even then you still have a radiator with fans.

I'd build you one pretty cheap if you wanted. You could spend, oh, $400 for something stylish.
