"Q-Flash Utility v2.13"

Hello,
I am facing trouble in starting up my pc "Q-Flash Utility v2.13" dialog appears as soon as i boot in the next screen. I am using gigabyte motherboard. Please help to resolve the issue as immediately as possible.

Do you mean to say that q flash runs every time you start your computer?
