Best t Card for PCI 1.0?

So I put together a budget build recently for a friend, when I ordered the motherboard I missed the fact that the PCIEx16 slot was not 2.0... What is the best card I can put in a PCI Express x16 1.0 slot without bottlenecking it?

Hi putting in a gts450 ddr3 1gb in my old dell531 athalon x2 5000+ pcie1.0 at the weekend so if i remember will report back.
