Yes that will play Crysis 2 on max settings without a problem. I have an intel i5-2500k at stock settings with a GTX 460 and I can run it at max settings at about 30-40 FPS. Why don't you look at some of the new generation intel Sandy Bridge CPUs though? As far as I can tell you can get a cheaper CPU that outperforms the i7-950, like the i5-2500 or i5-2500k (depending on whether you are planning to OC).

Here's a thread comparing the i5-2500k and the i7-950: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/ [...] same-price

TY, but the problem with the i5 is that my motherboard cant run thoose cuz of the socket... all i5's has 1155 (as i know) and i need a 1366 socket :P

Oh, I didn't know you already had that motherboard. I thought you were planning on buying all of this. Well in that case I think that processor is more than enough.

I would personally go with a core i5 760 and a 1gb 6950 for graphics. I don't think that the hyper threading will make that much of a difference.
