Not unless you do a motherboard swap as well.
The AMD/Intel CPU's use different motherboard sockets and chipsets.

It looks like your HP m7580n uses a HP AM2 A8M2N-LA (NodusM) motherboard.
It doesn't look like there is a reasonable CPU upgrade option for that board.
