Quick question about screws

Does it matter if I screw in all of the spots on the motherboard? I'm trying to screw in the last screw on the motherboard and it won't screw in, it's really loose and wont tighten no matter how long I spin the screw driver. Also, does it matter if I use metal screws for the dvd drive, I didn't know I was supposed to use these plastic things to screw in the dvd drives so I used the same metal screws I used for the motherboard.

1 screw doesn't mean all that much, but more is no good.

But with large CPU cooler, every screw is a must.

The mobo should not bend and missing screws could allow it.

Thanks, do you know what's causing the last screw to not screw in? No matter how much I try to screw it in, it's really really loose. I even unscrewed the entire motherboard and tried screwing in that last screw in first and it still doesn't work.

Maybe the thread is worn. Try different screw if u have.
