Is there anyone who knows this PSU's OEM :

it is actually Memonex MXP540S-EXLN , but from which manufacture ?

Did a google search but couldn't find anything at all(I highly doubt it's from a reputable manufacture)

The "Zhangcha ... " silkscreened on the PCB would seem to indicate that it is generic Chinese junk.

No UL sticker? Looks like it needs to be tossed in the garbage. Can you find ratings on any of its components?

lol,you and I both know there are loads of crappy PSUs that are only manufactured in where we live,so don't expect to get 100% accurate answers about a PSU that even doesn't have an UL number.
