http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=5924

I am really low on budget, so if it can just run ill still buy the graphics card.

But can it run, full load no problems?

It may handle it fine but it's risky,I recommend getting a better PSU

Wow only 36 amps on a 650w PSU, thats really bad.

It has two +12V rails with 18A each, combined 36A, which places it in the 550W range, not the 650W range as advertised. Most 650W power supplies have a combined 45A~55A on the +12V rails

I doubt that PSU would run a 570 without problems.

The 570 uses half of that (18amps) so that PSU has only 18amps to power the rest of the computer, which isn't good.

You would be better of with something like this http://www.corsair.com/power-supply-units/enthusiast-se...

Don't :non:  That PSU has a weak 12V rail a total of 36Amp! You may or may not face stability issues with your system. An underpowered PSU can even damage system components. Better not to take a risk with a PSU.....

Yep,my bad just fixed my post(at first I thought it's got 3 +12v rails)
That Antec is a decent choice though and will handle it fine.
