AT&T dsl to Netgear N600

Hello,
I just bought a Netgear N600 for a wired connection of a gigabyte LAN speed. I realize I will not get that speed from my dsl. My problem is AT&T provided me a RJ11 2-3 pair phone jack to plug into ... I have a RJ45 (4 pair or LAN sized cable) the holes don't match ... help

did AT&T not provide you with a modem?

The RJ11 needs to be plugged into a DSL modem which you then connect to your router.
