Did Nokia make this model available to AT&T only? Did they make one
available to Cingular as well (that is, before Cingular acquired AT&T)? If
so, can a Cingular model be used on an AT&T network?

If you use a cingular on AT&T/cingular blue network the phone may show
that it's "off network." If you're using blue network TDMA you should
use a phone that was on the AT&T Wireless network.
