There can be a big difference between memory modules. I always buy branded, but many others use generic. If you're planning on overclocking at all, I'd definately go with branded PC133 rated at CAS2. If you really want the best DIMM around, buy Muskin PC133 Rev. 2. I have had this ram to 150 at CAS 2. I am sure it can be clocked higher, but my system bus can't be raised above 150 MHz.

Other reliable name brands are Crucial, Micron, Corsair, Kingston, and Hyundai, amongst many others.
