I am sorry Rashid but the Intel® Core™ i5-750 has been discontinued and while you may still find a few sitting on someones shelf the price is still going to be in the $200+ USD range. At that price point you are almost better off looking to build a new system aroudn the Intel Core i5-2500K which is at the same price point but offers much better performance.
