Will I have to send my mobo into ASUS?

Hey all, I just ordered a CPU/MOBO bundle on newegg. I was wondering if I would have to send my motherboard to ASUS so they can download the latest BIOS drivers because the CPU is an AMD FX 4170, and the mobo is an M5A99x evo. I would hope they're compatible, considering I got them in a bundle, but I just want to be sure.

I would think that it'll be compatible straight out of the box.

It DOES require a newer BIOS than the original (original is 0402 and the one it requires is 0813), but all of the FX CPU's require that BIOS (or 0901 for the 6200) and especially since it's a bundled deal, it would be stupid of Asus to not already have that BIOS on it and for Newegg to offer it as a bundle if it wouldn't work immediately.
