New Build. First Build. Need Input.

How is my build? Looking for input.
This will be an everyday use computer. Gaming is gonna be minimal tho. I will like to edit HD movies as long as watch them. I do plan on play the new MMO Star Wars game from bioware and other future titles like MW3 and Skyrim. I prefer consoles so gaming on this PC should be available but will not be used all the time. The build is mostly for editing and everyday internet use and some gaming.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 the 125w one.
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 Evo
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6850
RAM: G.SKill DDR3 2 4GB sticks
PSU: Corsair GS600
HardDrive:1TB

Monitor is 21' 1680x1050 will sometimes hook up to 720p 32' television.

I would change nothing but the CPU, Which I would lower it a notch to the AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE because it has the EXACT same specs as the the 965 only 200MHz lower clock (which you can easily OC the 955 to meet the same clock rate)

Thanks! Can I overclock the 955 with the stock fan and if I can to what length?

I would only OC it to 3.4GHz (the clock rate of the 965), and getting another Heatsink and Fan for any higher OCing
