Good day, I really need some help, i have a biostar A770E3 motherboard. I cleaned my PC this morning help and now it won't post. The fans spin but my monitor mouse and keyboard do not come on. I tested my PSU the reader says the voltages are good. I am really worried as there are no am3 motherboards in my country. What should I do?

Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
And when the battery is out, press the power button to discharge all the electricity from the system.

You removed the GPU...

Did you reattach the power to it? Did you reattach the monitor data cable to the correct GPU port (no the MB)?
