Okay so i already know im getting the 580 gtx but im a little confused about which brand to get. The evga has that life time warranty and has good customer service. As for Zotac i have no idea. Up until few days ago i didnt even know Zotac sold video cards. BOth are 3 Gb. Here is the link for the evga:http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...

The Zotac is out of stock but thats okay i can wait if its better then the evga. Also the Zotac one has dual fan whereas evga is only one fan-i dunno if that makes a difference. The evga is expensive too.

My set up is:
i7 950 3.07 gb
6 gb RAM
Win 7 64
1 hdd
1 cd/dvd
im buying a 650W psu soon
usually my computer is hooked to 4 or 5 usb devices
I also have 3 fans inside my case

I am planning on buying another monitor or i might sell my current one and buy a bigger hd monitor. My current one is a 24 inch monitor. I usually game/watch movies etc in 1600X1200

Thanks for the advices guys. In the past ive come here for my pc needs and have never been dissapointed.

My first two choices for video cards are eVGA for nVidia and XFX for ATI. Both tend to be a little more expensive than their competitors but build quality and warranties are first rate.

For me, that offsets the price premium.
