Solution
this case might be one you'd like to consider:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811815009

as for mobo, this board would be a better option: although it is mATX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128495

i would reccommend this PSU over that one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371048

i would reccommend going with 1.5V ram instead of 1.65V ram (for a LGA1155 system):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220570

and for the price of that GTX550 Ti you could get this better 6870:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150506

that caviar black drive is good but this Samsung F3 1TB at a lower price has similar performance...

you do know that the 2400 cannot overclock, i would advise buying a 2500K if you plan on overclocking:

and if you do plan on overclocking, even a low-end aftermarket cooler would be better than the stock:

I looked and the mobo had some complaints about the bios, so could you explain that to me, and I do plan on overclocking but only later so I don't need to get a fan right now. Also I changed everything you said but the GPU, I prefer the one I already selected for the price is it really that much of a difference

Yeah, the little voltage switch on the Thermaltake PSU means it's poopy.

Edit: The HD6870 is two tiers higher than the GTX550Ti, so yeah for the same price (or even close) it's a no-brainer unless you absolutely NEED PhysX which seems unlikely.

Some people are saying I have to flash the BIOS on the mobo to install windows 7 for the GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3, I am really confused on this. The other mobo that I posted first didn't need to.

did a bit of research and found that this mobo can install window just fine without any sort of flashing, most issues that i found were related with 2133Mhz ram and downgrading the ram to 1600Mhz fixed the issue for them. I dont believe you will have any problems with this board, and anyway gigabyte have great customer services and the latest BIOS after F3 fixes all issues with 2133Mhz ram anyway.

both of those the PSU and the Case will work fine with your system and are both great. (thats a great case, built a few PCs with it and it really is a nice case and ofcourse the corsair PSU is also just as great although the Antec PSU provides more amps, provides more molex connectors, has a 3year warranty as oppose to the 2 year warranty of the corsair and is more efficient for the same price never mind a larger fan too the antec PSU has a 135mm fan whereas the corsair has a 120mm).

service pack one, it doesn't really matter if a copy doesn't come with SP1 because you can get it through windows update anyway but i geuss it does save the hassle of going through windows update.
