RMAed board can't overclock

Hi. I recently had to send my MSI P67A-G43 (B3) motherboard in to get replaced. They sent me a new one with the bios v5.1 but it doesn't have any of the setting to allow me to overclock my i5-2500k. Can I flash the bios back to and older version or is there any other way of getting my motherboard to be able to overclock my CPu?

  1. i would make sure you have the latest bios, which you do

most manufacturers will lock there bioses from being flashed back to an older bios revision
  2. like when I enter bios, it would be really buggy. like it would flash and stuff aren't in the right places
  3. contact MSI, and tell them what has been happening

also, try removing the jumper pins for a min or so, and see if that helps
