Is msi gtx 560 ti good for 3ds max??

i am building my computer for my classes ,we use autocad and 3ds max mostly

is gtx 560 ti good for it?

and i saw i deal on newegg:
EVGA GTX 460 (Fermi) Superclocked 1GB 256-bit GDDR5

for $119.99 after mir

is it a great deal compare to gtx 560 ti?

Yes it's fine
3DMax mostly benefits from a fast CPU and a decent amount of RAM,so make sure your CPU and RAM suffice as well

GTX 560Ti is much faster but if you aren't going to play games,then go with 460.It's fine for those apps
