Sync.out of range for samtron monitor

when i switch on the system it is displaying (sync.out of range) error message,so i request you to give an apt solution for my problem.

Hi

Looks like your motherboard/processor or video card has problem.

1- unplug your computer and get the memory out of the computer and replug.

Do you hear any bips ?

if not the mother board, Cpu most likely have a problem (could also be a defective power supply)

If you hear bips: your video card has problems.

boot up windows into safe mode, set the refresh rate to 60Hz in the 'display properties', save settings and reboot.
To get into the Windows Safe mode, as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8" Key.

Probably related to resolution/refresh rate. I know some moniters HATE 320x240 [BIOS/boot resolution], and will display various messages while in that mode. Windows should work fine at the moniters native res and refresh rate...
