iv just installed a radion 9800 pro into my p4m 800pro v2 m/b and have seen a outstanding difference in graphical capability upgrading from an on bord gfx, but my computer has become very noisy i very much doubt it is the gfx card. i think it is my psu, i am going to replace both cpu fan and psu to get a quiter com but i was woundering what would show the best results in lowering noise as i cant affored to do both at the same time. what would you recomend upgrading first

sorry if this is the wrong place for this question

any help would be appreciated thanks

It's probably the video card. Most come with small noisy fans. I use the fanless variety with extra large heatsinks, but you'll sacrifice some performance. I use smartfan for the cpu and a zalman fan mate II for the case fan on the rear. A few boards such as my old msi had a smartfan setting for the chasis fan header, but it's rare.
