Problem with HIS Radeon HD5670 IceQ video card...

Hi... I bought today HIS Radeon HD5670 IceQ videocard and a BenQ " GL2440HM" 24" monitor...
I installed them, and now, there white noise on the screen... Lots of white pixels running on screen...
I tried to connect my monitor to a notebook and then to my integrated video card... The problem's gone... The white noise appears only then I connect my monitor to HIS Radeon HD5670 videocard... The white noise is also then booting, then windows loads, so I don't think it's a driver problem...

I have a MSI 760GM-E51 motherboard...

Lots of little white dots usually indicates a memory issue with the card i would RMA the card if it was me.

Looks like you've singled it out to just the graphics card.Return it and get a new one.
