New Gaming PC, need help

Hey,
I going to build a new PC, thought this is the first time i am doing this, i just wanted to check if everything i selected is ok.
My budget is around 650 euros.
Here is the build i have so far.

For CPU, i am still waiting till AMD releases there new lineup(Bulldozer-FX series). I am probably going for the Quad core( i think AMD calls it the FX-4010).
All this should cost me around 630 euros, assuming the CPU cost around 140 euros. If you know another website which is cheaper, and ships to belgium, feel free to say so.
My Main concern is whether the PSU will deliver enough power for the whole rig.

As of now the bulldozer (or rather, Zambezi) cpu power requirements haven't surfaced, but as quad core cpu's generally consume a great deal of power (that and your graphics card needs a lot) I might recommend moving up to a 650w if only to future proof your computer. If you ever plan on throwing in a second or more powerful card/cpu you might go with the 750w option. You're build WILL WORK, its just better to be on the safe side.

Power requirement for a system with HD6870 regardless of what CPU according to HIS "500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended (600 Watt and four 6-pin connectors for AMD CrossFireX technology in dual mode)"
Quality 550 watt is plenty for a single card!

The FX Bulldozer CPU(FX 4100),as far as i know , is a 95W CPU

I've also another question, my ram is 1600 MHz and i've check on Asrock's website weather my mobo supports it. This is what they had to say about it "Supports DDR3 2100(OC)/1866(OC)/1800(OC)/1600(OC)/1333/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered memory". What does that mean "1600(OC). Do i have to make some changed in the bios, like OC the Northbridge so that it can communicate quicker with my RAM?

The OC means you have to set it manually in BIOS current CPU's support 1333MHz natively.

So its just an option that inst enabled, and if you want your mobo to support 1600MHz you have to enable it manually? Why isn't this enabled in the first place by the manufacturer if the mobo can support it?? OR is there a risk evolved if you OC so that it can handle a 1600MHZ RAM.
