CPUs Comparison?

Hello friends,
I just want to ask that how much performance difference is there between the following two CPUs in terms of gaming......
Just want to see the proper comparison......
Core 2 Quad Q6400 2.13GHz & Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93 GHz..

Core 2 Quad has 4 cores instead of 2, and you won't be seeing any cpu bottlenecks even with a gtx 580. The performance will be better on the q6400.

I couldn't find the Q6400 in the list at Anand's.... but here a comparison with the Intel C2Q Q6600 2.4GHz

@ 2.13ghz there will be a substantial bottleneck.
You will need it above 3.0ghz to cope well with a 580.
