To those more pc literate than myself I am looking for the best, yet quietest, card for my setup.
Any suggestions and a general point in the right direction would be appreciated.
I have set a budget of $250 possibly $300 is plausible and worth the extra spend
I will be using it for games, media center and some editing but very little.
Any suggestions on an air cooler would also be helpful with something as quiet as possible the main objective. Money is not an issue considering the already pretty low prices of the top range coolers
