Problem with Computer

well im in a akward situation that i see first time when i boot my pc well its kinda crash, it wont even load windows....

only info is this

please help me if i try to enter seup or boot menu it still crash

The first (2) things I'd do is to Clear CMOS then boot into the BIOS and Load Optimized Defaults (F5) and Save & Exit (F10) = Yes ; unplug the PSU for 5 minutes then follow the Jumper guide - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdHH9KrceR0

If that fails then I'd look at Windows itself, place the Windows CD/DVD in the ODD (e.g. DVD drive), boot pressing F8 and select one of the repair options: Start with a System Restore point and if that fails then repeat but use Startup Repair ; see - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/startup-repair
