Will I be able to, lets say in 3 years, buy another GTX580 and SLI it in this setup.
(when the card will be around $250)

Solution
1) Yes, the motherboard will support sli.
2) A GTX580 is probably overkill for most games @ 1920 x 1200, let alone dual gtx580.
3) +1 ^ mousemonkey.
4) In the past, used top end cards do not drop much in value. The price is propped up by those trying to find another card for sli.
5) In three years time, you may well be able to find a used GTX580 for $250. But... you also should be able to buy a new card that out performs ths GTX580 for less.
6) My advice: Keep it simple and stick with a good single card as long as it does the job. If you want significantly more in the future, sell it and get the next best thing.

Exactly, which is why I don't subscribe to the "Buy one now and SLi later" rhetoric.
