I bought a card in the mail the other day, got it in the mails today, installed it and got the appropriate drivers. I started gaming, and two minutes in I started hearing a REALLY loud clicking noise. I looked in my computer and it sounded like it was coming from my 6870s fan. I checked in the card and I can't see anything stuck in it, and the sound only comes when the fan speeds are really high. Graphically, the performance is beautiful. Nothing is wrong with it besides the sound. Any suggestions?

Sounds like one of the bearings on the card's fan has gone, the fan probably will fail in the near future if nothing is done about it . Best option would be to RMA the card as the fan could fail at anytime, damaging the card if you are doing anything GPU intensive when it breaks. Alternatively you could try replacing the fan and/or cooler yourself, though that would void your warranty.
