NVidia 8400gs with DVI to HDMI

I've got my NVidia 8400gs connected to my 51" Samsung HDTV with a DVI to HDMI cord. Video works but I'm trying to figure out how to get the audio working. I've read a few articles and saw a few things about SPDIF but still not sure.. I've got onboard video (Realtek ALC 880 chipset). Any help is appreciated.

Check your graphics card for a 2-pin S/PDIF input connection. If it has it, then you should be able to connect that to the S/PDIF output on your motherboard.

If you look at the third image of this Jaton Geforce 8400GS, you'll see the connection port at the top of the card, just to the left of the heat sink and fan assembly.
