How can th i7 860 be better than the i7 920? plz help

i just checked on anandtech and it seems my i7 860 out does the i7 920? why is that

i7 860 is almost equivalent of i7 930 (LGA1366).

Clock for clock, Bloomfield and Lynnfield are practically equal. Bloomfield generally enjoys a <1% performance edge over Lynnfield, all things equal.

I don't think that triple-channel memory makes that much for most Bloomfield users, so that advantage really goes out the window too.

So, really, it comes down to the MHz, and the i7-860 has more of them at stock.
