Suggestions on graphics card with 7" MAX length

I have an interesting issue. I'm looking for an upper main stream card, but have only 7" of clearence in my dell for install. Furthe, although it can be a 2 slot design internally the bracket cannot have ports on the second half. ( I will need to tril the bracket, but i don't have a real hang up with this) Origionally i was eyeballing a HD6850 because of price (~`50$ is the top of my budget) but all the ones I've come across are too long. suggestions all?
