Setup hw-550-3g mac filtr

It's a router. Download the manual from the CD which came with it or from the maker's website and look for a facility in the router setup screens called something like Access List.

As you hint at, this should allow you to admit/exclude users by unique MAC ID of their networking equipment.

Thanks for your feed back, i have the CD which came with it, but it's not clear setup how to allow Mac addres only to accessing the internet
