Motherboard for my rig! Gigabyte Vs Asus

Hi guys .

After a long time trying to buy a new PC finally got some parts.

Got a HD 6950 Gigabyte 3X windforce
Ram 2x4gb 1600 G.skill
Nzxt 410 Elite
Psu not yet
And an i3 2120

But now i need the mobo . And as my only resource is ebay i found 2 items at resonable price's.

Gigabyte-Z68MX-UD2H-B3-Intel-LGA-1155-Micro-ATX-Motherboard 100$ - 120$

And

Asrock Z77Pro4-M 127$

Both used and with warranty 1 year. So what to get ?

Edit : Srry about the tittle . Forgot Asrock dsnt make part of Asus anymore

The ASRock Z77 Pro4-M gets my vote.

The now discontinued GIGABYTE GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 motherboard wasn't very good. Seems to have had a higher than average DOA & defect rate.

So i go on Asrock . It had nice features and has the CF option (if i will need it cuz this card is a beast)

Also (Out of topic) A friend of mine is ofering me a HX 1000W for 90 $ ? is it a deal ?
1 month used and in very good condition.
