Help with Cooler

Please help. I need a silent cpu cooler for my pc. I built it recently and the stock cpu cooler makes it sound like a vacuum cleaner! This is my first pc build and i love it but the noise drives me crazy!! Any help would be appreciated. My budget for this piece is $100 or under. The specs are as follows:

CASE NZXT M59(Very good ventilation)
CPU AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black AM3(Terrible fan noise,but excellent cpu!!!)
MB ASRock 870 Extreme 3
GPU HIS HD 5770 IceQ Turbo 1gb
HD Samsung Spinpoint 1tb
MEM 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws
P/S Seasonic S12II Bronze 520w
MED LG Bluray

They aren't known as silent coolers as far as aftermarket coolers go.
They are about average in the noise category,but alot quieter then the stock cooler and fan.
