Case fan has 3-prong connector mobo has 4 prong plug

I am rebuilding my computer. I have a Lian Li case with a 3 prong rear case connector. My new motherboard only has a 4 prong plug for the rear case fan. The three prong connector can fit into the plug with one prong not covered. Is this ok?

Yes as long you are using pins 1,2,3.
