Mass storage drive doesnt show on my computer

I have IOMEGA external mass storge device, but nce I copy some media from macbook then the storage device doesn;t shows on my lap top or computer with windows OS. pls help

windows cant natively read the mac os format of your external harddrive.

You have three choices, install 3rd party software such as macdrive that can read the format on your windows pc, reformat the drive to fat32 which can be read by both operating systems, or attach the drive to a mac compatible router (with USB port) and share the drive over your network.
