Will a 500W PSU run this without a problem?

I just wanted to know if a 500W power supply will run a 6850 without a problem with these specs.

AMD athlon II x2 250 overclocked to 3.73 Ghz stock voltage
4x1GB kingston ddr3 1066 ram running at 1.6 volts according to motherboard
1 120 mm led fan
1 120 mm high performance fan
1 seagate 7200 RPM 320 gig hard drive
lite-on dvd burner
and of course a radeon 6850

and my power supply is a corsair CX500

A CX500 will run that system just fine.

That PSU will run 6850 without a shadow of a doubt.

No need to worry at all.
