Is my PC High end or Mid Range

Well without knowing what kind of motherboard I'd have to say it's in the low mid range. More information might bring it up to the mid-mid range. like Motherboard, what type and speed of ram, power supply, cpu cooler, case. And if your processor was the i7 2600k
you'd score a lot higher as that version has unlocked multipliers and overclocks higher. And since the Hd 6570 is a OEM card and not available to the public I must assume this is an off the shelf pre-assembled computer.

Depends on what you use it for. Very strong processor, but weak video card could make this "high end" with respect to cpu-intensive tasks, but for gaming it would be low end because of the 6570.
