plz give me advize which processor should i use on gx745 for fast networking and downloding i am not satisfied wd e4400 core 2 duo

Honestly a faster CPU wont speed up your downloads or networking if you have a slow connection.

But from what I can find, the best you can get is probably a Core 2 Duo E6850.
