24 pin connector will not latch on to port

Hello,

I'm trying to plug my 24 pin psu into the motherboard, but the latch on the 24 pin wont latch on to the motherboard. Also, on my case (phantom 410) i have 4 3 pin fan connectors and a molex one too. Where do i plug those into. I already tried plugging the molex in to the psu but the fans only pulsated and didn't spin

The 24 pin connector should have a little hook on the latch. Some times the plastic mold is not perfect and the hook has a bit of plastic stuck on the end. If this is the case you can use a razor to clean the hook.

The case fans with 3 pin connectors should plug into the 3pin fan headers on the Motherboard. If you board only has 2 connectors you can use a fan splitter or a molex adapter.

The fan with a molex should plug to any psu molex just like an older hdd or dvd.
