will i be able to install my two IDE HDDs into new DP67DE motherboard, are there any plugs for IDE.
one hard drive is split to two partitions C:20Gb with XP(FAT32) and D:100gb(NTFS) . i'm thinking of in case it's possible i would boot new pc with XP cd and format C drive that used to be windows on old pc and install fresh XP along with drives for new board, will it work?

No the board does not have a single PATA socket, you won't be able to use your old drive on it.
What you can do is get a new SATA drive and make an Image of the Old drive and put it on the new one, use partition magic or another third party utility if you want to preserve the present OS.
