E758/E768 no post after new case

I recently purchased a new case (SilverStone TJ10) to replace my ThermalTake Armor case. After moving everything to the new case, the system would not post and continuously power cycled. I RMA'd the E758 mobo and ordered an E768 to replace it while waiting on the E758. I had the same problem with the E768. I put my RAM, GPU and CPU in another machine and it booted up several times just fine. I checked the motherboard tray to see if anything was shorting it and it was clear. I also reset the CMOS with no improvement. Any ideas what is causing this?
