Intelgmax4500 and ATI Radeon HD 4200

Hello,
I am new here. I am considering buying a budget desktop. The available machines come with IntelGmax4500 or ATI Radeon HD 4200. Can these support dual independent monitors? I am not using the computer for games; mostly for Excel and databbase applications. Any help is very much appreciated.

I would go for the ATI one, and it does support dual displays.
