Which 6870 to get?

Hi,

Here are my system specs. I have everything in my possession now apart from the gpu (still deciding):

mobo
psu
HD
cpu
ram
case

the maximum i am willing to spend is $200, so i decided on the hd6870. Mobo is also CF ready so it made more sense to buy an AMD card.

here are the options of 6870 which i am looking @:


xfx card, has 2 fans:

the xfx card is $15 cheaper. Is it worth it to go with the OCed Asus card over the xfx card.

Would the xfx card have better cooling since it has 2 fans?
Which would OC better. There is another xfx with the same design which is OCed to 940Mhz

lastly, any chance of a better price any time soon? like when the 6950 was $180 on amazon?

Which would be the best card to get, in terms of performance, overclocking, cooling and price?

XFX and ASUS are both great, the cooling is more or less the same, but i've seen ASUS cards getting higher clocks(and i'm a bit .. well a lot ASUS fan), the 3. one imo is not worth it
