Memory support for your MB is as follows:
Two 240-pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) sockets
• Support for DDR2 667 MHz or DDR2 800 MHz DIMMs
• Support for up to 8 GB of system memory

Here's an example of what a good memory kit for you MB would look like:

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5D-4GBNT

and one more. Notice they are both 1.8 volt. The most common voltage for DDR2-800

CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model VS4GBKIT800D2 G

ya thank you, you have given more information, but how do we know which one is a first RAM slot and is there any identification?
