How to control fan speed when plugged into power supply?

Im adding two case fans to the side of my case, but my mobo doesnt have anymore hookups. I know I can plug them right into the power supply but I want to be able to adjust the fan speed. I was looking at some antec tri cool led case fans that come with a 3 speed switch. Will the switch work when running fans directly off the power supply? I really dont want them going 100% all the time. If not how can I controll fan speed when they are running off my psu?

Cpu: Amd Phenom II x6 1055t
Case:Zion Predator 970
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3
Gpu: Evga gtx 560 TI
Psu: Corsair AX750

So is my only option to look for fans that run more silent at 100%. If so any suggestions for quiet running 120mm fans?

Is it safe to draw the extra power for additional fans from the mobo using a splitter?

for two fan it's good ,buy the ones with 3 pins connector without speed switch
