New rig help

This is my current setup:

Athlon II x4 635
MSI 770-G45
2X Kingston Value 2GB DDR3 RAM
GTX460 1GB GDDR5
ST50EF(500W)
CM Elite 430 case

Plan on getting a gtx 570. Need advise on "catering" my other hardware to go with the new gpu(cpu and psu looks like it needs to be changed). Is my current mobo any good?
Suggestions appreciated. Looking for best bang for my buck and still can go along with gtx 570.

The rest of your system can keep up with a GTX570 your PSU being the weakest link having only 34 amps on the +12 volts when 550watt with 38 amps is recommended!
