i would advise a i7. and nvidie graphics cards.
also get some nice headphones or speackers

4 ssds in raid 0... bad idea. ssds have a high failure rate, and youve essentially quadroopled it with 0 redundancy. With that kinda money, buy 2 512gb ssds in raid 1, and get a revo hybrid drive or 2 for your storage.

get 2 gtx 590s instead of having 4 580s, (essentialy the same thing) and water cool them both.

i7 is much better for gaming than xeons are.
