How to clear the cache of a broadband wireless router

i have a wireless-g broadband router and the cache is giving me headaches as i cannot access certain of my sites on a server in USA. iF I USE BROWSER PROXY ALL IS OK. Please help this is so frustrating.

Routers don't keep a cache of your sites, if anything your ISP is dong that. Do a Ctrl F5 to force a refresh. If you power-cycle your router it will reset it if you want to try that.

Thanks tried both those ways nothing and ISP JUST SAY IT IS NOT THERE PROBLEM.
